Knodis – Voyager
Since the unveiling of Knodis‘s intergalactic, collaborative effort “Premonition” with mau5trap mainstay, Rezz, on her 2017 LP Mass Manipulation, the electronic circuit began to notice Knodis. The identity of the extraterrestrial-channeling producer remains a mystery. However, Knodis’s self-described “space music” has given rise to speculation surrounding the producer’s shrouded origins.
Now, Knodis is further stoking intrigue, with experimental-leaning electro tune, “Voyager.” The track aligns itself with its creator’s machine-like guise, while also introducing some formerly untapped melodic splendor. The track’s muffled, robotic vocal chops and glitchy synth stabs create a groove-intensive atmosphere fit for spaceships and dance floors alike.
