Louis La Roche composes himself with blissful five-track EP

Where some feared the wrath of Louis La Roche was to be limited solely to a consistent output of remixes, the nostalgic British frontrunner returns with a four-track wonderment of divine indie-dance intervention. From the heavy-footed disco stylings of “Dance With Me Tonight” to deviant down-tempo offering “Looking Up,” the vintage advocate lesser known as Brett Ewels flexes his creative capacities to a new and unprecedented extreme throughout the Composure EP. Where stripped back synth-leader “Keep In Touch” offers yet further insight into the rising producer’s affinity for versatile synth work, finishing features “Let Go” and “So Good” are the icing on the cake of this accomplished EP from one of the indie-dance clans most consistently understated players.
