Hardwell & Dannic – Kontiki [Preview]

When a video starts with an epilepsy warning, you know its going to be a visually mind blowing experience. Dutch producer Hardwell joins forces with newcomer Dannic to bring you a song that is simply massive. “Kontiki” starts with simple melody that sets a bigroom tone culminating in a massive bass drop. With his previous releases it seems Hardwell is developing into a bigroom electro house producer, as he has the ability make the crowd go wild. We unfortunately don’t have a release date but “Kontiki” will be out on Revealed Recordings sometime in the near future.

Cazzette – Make Some Room vs Technologic (CZT’s Astounding & Standing High Bootleg) [Preview]

CAZZETTE-Trenton-007

With the recent North American tour announcement Cazzette has been keeping busy and releasing bootlegs is the easiest way to keep fans happy while touring. Their newest track is a mashup between their unreleased song “Make Some Room” and “Technologic” by Daft Punk. The two tracks combine to bring you familiar lyrics with hard electro sounds and an addition of a progressive melody on top. Cazzette produces music that really sets them apart. Hopefully they take a break from touring soon and spend some time in the studio, because the thought of Cazzette and Avicii producing a track together makes us shudder. No release date or label has been announced.

kenneth-g

Hysteria Records found a gem:Kenneth Geoffrey Oudejans or Kenneth G, a 20 year-old Amsterdam native, is dropping a massive track. “Bazinga” builds with acid synths and bass before the dutch inspired drop filled with awesome electro horns. This song deserves to be turned up to maximum volume because the bass will immediately make you fall in love. With this latest track and collaboration with the likes of Nicky Romero, we’re definitely going to keep watch as his sound develops. “Bazinga” is out now on Beatport.

With what started as a one week tour, quickly expanded into a full month of shows when record executives realized the demand from students. The dutchman also describes his massive production – with huge screens, expensive lighting and other effects that require three semi-trucks to move but allow for him to have the same setup every time. Tijs didn’t realize the expanse of the college scene and even takes his turn at a little beer pong. Tune in next Tuesday for what will be the final episode of In the Booth at the Home Depot Center.

david-guetta-fmif-4

We’ve already seen remixes by AvB, R3hab and Nicky Romero of “Without You”  over the last few months, but we’re back to bring you one more offering. American producer/ DJ from NY Jus Jack has teamed up with Italian producer OZA to bring you a remix that has seen support from Axwell, Thomas Gold and even David Guetta at F*** Me I’m Famous. This was the mix we couldn’t identify at Hammerstein and adds a different progressive drop that works well with Usher’s mesmerizing lyrics. The track will be released when OZA and Jus Jack’s Facebook hits 2500 likes.

UK producers Darren Stokes & Philip Larsen have had ventures in electronic music before, but now they’re back with M-3ox. The new group produced “Beating of My Heart” which was recently heard in Arty’s unbelivable Essential Mix. Great vocals from Heidrun blend perfectly with what Matisse & Sadko have done to this progressive house track. The melody stirs immediate feelings of happiness and bliss that make you want to sing the lyrics as loud as you can. This feel-good tune is out today on Beatport.

artworks-000019128862-z80m5j-original

Dubstep producers from Canada and the USA have joined forces – Datsik and Kill the Noise bring something a little lighter than the usual fare. “Lightspeed” combines an upbeat electro synth melody with awesome bass drops that lean away from the usual body-numbing bass. This track could easily be considered a transition song for those who aren’t the biggest fans of dubstep, but want to learn a little more about the genre. “Lightspeed” is out now on OWLSA and is available for purchase on Beatport.
