Sub Focus unveiled his latest creation, “Endorphins,” a few weeks back, and now BBC Radio 1 has aired the first preview to the forthcoming Tommy Trash remix. Aside from his ”Monkey See Monkey Do Re-Edit,“ Trash has been a bit quite on the release front. Thankfully, his remix to “Endorphins” does not disappoint. Bustling with familiar, steam engine-like synths, Trash tastefully enhances Alex Clare’s uplifting vocals and delivers what is sure to be a well-received remix. Though no release date was announced on the show, the original “Endorphins” will be released on May 26th, and the Tommy Trash remix can’t be far behind.

Though having just been previewed by BBC a few days ago, Sub Focus’s newest single has already inspired waves of debate as many fans harken for a return to his drum ‘n’ bass roots. “Endorphins,” the Londoner’s follow-up to the successful “Tidal Wave,” follows a similar vibe to the mellow drumstep tune.
With vocal accompaniment from Alex Clare of “Too Close” fame, “Endorphins” works off clean, unbroken kicks and a groovy melody. While certainly more radio friendly than tracks like “Falling Down” or “Out the Blue,” Sub Focus’s forthcoming single is still a fantastic production that should not be overlooked. Look out for its official release on May 26th.
UK foursome Rudimental has released “Not Giving In,” their follow-up single to the summer smash “Feel the Love.” Along with a the original track, which can only be described as a blissed-out, inspirational, and gospel-like drum and bass anthem, the group signed up Phaeleh, Bondax, Loadstar for remix duties. Phaeleh gives the track his signature cinematic bass feel while Bondax ups the ante on the bass to make the track really bounce, island style. Loadstar rounds it out with a trippy rework and almost a frenetic rearrangement of the original rhythms. Listen to all four tracks after the break.

Cazzette previously announced that,”Beam Me Up” was supposed to have been released before the summer, however, the track is still unreleased. To hold fans over, the duo is giving away “Too Close” as a free download. It originally had a dub influenced beat but Cazzette has turned it into pure dubhouse, with a wobbling bassline and a chainsaw-like breakdown. The vocals have incredible soul behind them and make it worth listening to. It’s a fun addition to your collection, even if the only reason is because it’s free.

Cazzette are back with another absurdly titled remix (which as with all of them spells out ASH). Their rework of Alex Clare’s hugely successful “Too Close” sounds pretty fantastic from the preview. Most of you will probably recognize the original from its’ placement in the new Internet Explorer commercial. The remix begins with lots and lots of heavy wobbles, before picking up into an electro-house esque middle section. We can’t wait to hear the full version of this when it is released.
