Kill the Noise unleashed Black Magic, his followup to Kill Kill Kill, in November of last year. Featuring such tracks as “Thumbs Up (For Rock N’ Roll)” alongside Feed Me and his own “Mosh It Up” and “Black Magic,” the OWSLA EP received a great deal of attention from both fans and DJs of the wilder perversions of dance music. Nearly a year later, a remix EP has surfaced with reworks from GTA, Henry Fong, Kill Paris, Brillz and more. With a total of nine official remixes (and plenty more NEST exclusives), Black Magic Remixes EP is brimming with festival-ready trap, electro, and house.
Riding the tail of a summer of touring alongside his OWSLA labelmates, Kill the Noise returns with an extended release, Black Magic. The EP veers away from the 32-year-old producer’s typical aggressive bass heavy tendencies and gives dubstep fans a reinvented version of the genre most well known for its drops.
