Hardwell vs. Collin McLoughlin – Call Me A Spaceman (Unplugged Version)

Hardwell recently released an emotional Electric Zoo 2012 aftermovie. Instead of setting the video to one of his many high energy tracks, he gaves fans the opportunity to create an acoustic version of his massive song, “Spaceman.” The winner of the contest was Collin McLoughlin, an aspiring singer with a passion for dance music. McLoughlin has created highly trafficked covers of  popular tracks like “Titanium” and “Save The World.” His acoustic version of “Spaceman” doesn’t fall short of the expectations he’s created for himself and is available for purchase via iTunes. dBerrie & Carlos Cid feat. Collin Mcloughlin – Change The Light

You probably know dBerrie from his remixes of Titanium and Yeah 3X. Well if you liked those, you’re going to like his newest single. “Change The Light” is a classic piano chord driven progressive tune that is reminiscent of Eric Prydz‘s “Pjanoo.” Collin Mcloughin does an excellent job providing great vocals on a track that would have been passable without any at all. We hope to see more work like this from the promising 24 year old New Yorker. Out now on Beatport.
