As we announced last week, tickets for Electro Beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico are now officially on sale. All tickets are valid Sunday through Friday of your chosen week; starting at $250 for general admission, $350 for GA open bar, $350 for VIP admission, and $450 for VIP open bar. As a more mellow alternative to the hustle and bustle of Miami, Electro beach and Puerto Vallarta should provide a more “relaxed” setting. Choose your Spring Break week below, the lineup will only continue to grow as March approaches.
After much anticipation, the ultimate Spring Break lineup is here. Prime Social Group is returning in 2013 with Electro Beach Puerto Vallarta, and they plan on making this year even bigger than last. The phase one lineup includes Tiësto, Sander Van Doorn, Nicky Romero, Zedd, Tommy Trash, Pierce Fulton, 3Lau, Krewella, Manufactured Superstars, Danny Avila, The Knocks. More will be announced as well soon, and we hear that major talent will be added to the billing.

There’s “spring break” and then there’s Electro Beach PV. For months we’ve been telling you about Electro Beach, the spring break music festival that’s bringing huge DJs like Avicii, Chuckie, Steve Aoki, and Dada Life to Puerto Vallarta for six weeks of college partying madness. We were lucky enough to take a week off from reality to party south of the border, and were given unfettered access at the clubs and events. We went to crazy venues, saw amazing lighting and sound productions, got to hang out with some awesome DJs — and of course we kept a record of the whole thing. Hopefully you were following us on Twitter or Facebook and got some sneak peeks of some of our Mexican antics, but if not, we are proud to present to you: The Electro Beach diaries.
Ever wondered what it’s like to DJ at a festival for thousands of frenzied house-heads? Well you may be able to fulfill that curiosity thanks to Electro Beach PV’s newest contest. All you have to do to enter is submit a five-minute film of yourself performing a live DJ set, and you could win the chance to open for Steve Aoki during one of his Electro Beach sets.
As if that wasn’t enough of an incentive, the festival will provide the winner with a full pass to Electro Beach in Puerto Vallarta, along with travel fare and hotel accommodations.
Contestants have until January 2nd to submit their video, then a public voting period will take place from January 3rd until the 20th with the winner being announced on January 26th.

Last week we told you about Electro Beach PV, the first Spring Break music festival taking place for six weeks in Puerto Vallarta next year. A second round of talent has just been announced, and it’s even more impressive than the first. Laidback Luke, Calvin Harris, and the one and only Tiesto will all be making their way south of the border to get maximal crazy with college kids come Spring time. That’s in addition to Avicii, Steve Aoki, Manufactured Superstars, Porter Robinson, Chuckie, and Dada Life who have already been announced. Tickets are also now on sale, starting at $249 for a 6 night festival pass. Other options include VIP and open bar, so head to the Electro Beach website to see all your options.
With the absurd influx of big name EDM talent coming to college campuses and the proliferation of dedicated college tours, we had a feeling that the trend would carry over to the biggest party of the year at every college: Spring Break. Well, Electro Beach PV is stepping up to the plate by launching the first EDM-centric party package in Puerto Vallarta and they’re bringing in some big talent to set the bar high. Avicii and Steve Aoki were previously confirmed artists for the event, but Chuckie, Dada Life, Porter Robinson, Manufactured Superstars, and LA Riots have also been added to the list. We’re told that there are still more surprises in store in terms of shows and talent, so keep checking their website for more.
The Electro Beach experience will run for six weeks from February 24th to April 6th, and passes will be sold on a weekly basis. They can be purchased for $199 for entry alone, but $349 gets you all-inclusive drinks, and another $50 scores VIP access.
