Slovenian tech house monger Mike Vale is taking a break from his affirmative action for Stealth Records this month, donning a brand new original to Toolroom Records amid their tenth anniversary celebrations. Having blazed the summer trail with “Closer To Me” alongside Lissat & Voltaxx back in August, “Elements” is a firm reminder of the strength this breakout continues to bring on his own terms. Heavy on the grooves and sparing on the lead work, this percussive banger furthers the trend for thoroughbred house music leaping back into the popular domain that Mike Vale has continued to consistently fuel. After teasing us with a brief preview that barely whet our appetites last month, Dinka and Leventina are finally back with the full release of their “Elements (2013 Reload).” Now available in its entire glory, this effervescent track still contains all of the melodious chords and staggering hi-hat to which we were privy last month. Now we also get to hear all of the killer synth and high octane snare that lie beyond that initial sexy drop. The remainder of the song is as thrilling as ever — we can only hope these two will continue to pair up in the future.
This propane-fuled single from the Swiss compatriots may have been long time coming, but it was certainly well worth the wait.
Two of Switzlerand’s biggest dance music exporters have resurrected a classic — better yet, have crafted its “2013 Reload.” Dinka and Leventina take on “Elements” with booming progressive chords and a modern electro flare. Leaving the original’s enchanting vibe in tact, the Swiss production tandem brings the track to the dance floor in a matter suitable for 2013. The remake is slated for a February 11th release and is due to make as big of a splash as the original once did.Posted by
Franky Rizardo and Roul & Doors make their debut on Revealed Recordings with “Elements,” a tribal, percussion-driven production. Hardwell and Dannic, who recently collaborated on “Say Nothing,” will release a remix of “Elements” alongside the original. Their dirtier more Dutch-oriented rendition of “Elements” is reminiscent of Congorock’s “Babylon,” which is not a bad thing. The duo’s styles seamlessly blend together in emphatic, big room unison. Check it out under the break.
UPDATE: This was mixed by Ron Laan.
