Wolfgang Gartner & Tom Staar – Evil Lurks (Preview)

In one of the most interesting collaborations in recent memory, Wolfgang Gartner has teamed up with London’s Tom Staar to produce “Evil Lurks,” an eerie electro house track fit for a maniacal supervillain (as the SoundCloud image of Dr. Evil suggests). The dark, twisting production revolves around a semi-unsettling 8-bit melody, aptly designed to inspire tinges of anxiety. Periodic bass regurgitations and signature Wolfgang high-pitched synths give a spooky depth to the track, which is shaping up to be an incredibly unique production. “Evil Lurks” will see its full release on December 3rd.
