Not many can enchant audiences the way Ryan Raddon can. A statement only properly understood if you’ve experienced this Freak of Nature live. Last June, the renowned American producer captured desert festival-goers in this aw-inspiring set complete with famous mashups and Fire & Ice classics. Anyone who has experienced the hyped Insomniac festival knows Kaskade’s music flows perfectly with the fantasy world EDC creates. A highlight of the set is hearing the crowd roar as the fireworks go off during Call Out/Epic mashup, while the Move for Me/The Legend mashup may have the power to turn your Wednesday morning completely around. Headlining a tour with the title ‘Freaks of Nature‘ comes with certain expectations, both of the music, and the crowd. In his latest video, Kaskade reveals the true ‘freaks’ that have come out to his shows nationwide this summer. Go behind the scenes with the man himself, Fareoh, and dance music fans in Southern United States, ranging from Florida to Arizona. On the flip side of things, you get to see Ryan Raddon — father and husband — spend time with his family while on tour. This latest episode of FON portrays the diverse and extreme road life that Kaskade’s been living this summer, and of course, the over-the-top performances night after night.

It is always a debate whether or not to cough up hard earned cash for EDM shows these days, when the industry has been a transparent hype machine fueled by many false promises that result in let downs more often than not. It shouldn’t come as a surprise, however, that Kaskade set high expectations for his Freaks of Nature tour, which will be visiting every corner of North America this summer. “Kaskade as you’ve never seen him before” is the guarentee that comes along with the all-American DJ’s summer tour, and after witnessing his second stop in Brooklyn, New York on Friday, we can safely say that he has delivered accordingly.
Over the top production impressed the meticulous crowd, and the only familiarities came in the form of his usual mashups, that repeatedly elevated the overflowing MCU Park, home to the Brooklyn Cyclones by day and ravers by night. Kaskade has been one of the unanimous favorites of festival season 2012, so with buzz still lingering, he finally shared that very excitement with the northeast yet again.
Yesterday we told you that Kaskade was adding some new stops to his Freaks of Nature Tour, and tickets for the additional shows go on sale today at 10AM PST. As a refresher, it is an “industry-first” that Kaskade will be playing at the Staples Center in LA on July 27th. It’s his first “proper” show in LA since his shows at the Palladium in 20120 — no, flashcrowds don’t count. Kaskade will also be playing at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco the following day, July 28th. Remember to bookmark the links below so you’re ready to purchase tickets. We can’t tell you how fast it’ll happen, but you know these tickets will sell out for sure.
