Good Morning Mix – Gregori Klosman’s Klosmania n°20
Gregori Klosman's 20th iteration of his successful podcast, Klosmania, serves as today's progressive electro wake up call. Not one to shy away from in your face big room blasts, Klosman jumps right into this mix with Arno Cost's "Head Up" sending it into a tailspin of larger-than-life chord play and heavy bass lines. Featuring tracks from up-and-comer Syn Cole, as well as new releases from the talented W&W, Tim Mason, Sultan & Ned Shepard, and Clockwork, the Frenchman puts together a pitch perfect snapshot of the last month or so's biggest releases.
Gregori Klosman – Serial Killer (Original Mix) [Preview]
The debut release on Gregori Klosman's brand new label, Guru Recordings, "Serial Killer" represents a sonic departure from the Parisian producer's usual electro outings. Sampling the iconic Halloween theme to intro his latest original release, Klosman shows off his sinister side with a barrage of dark tones and frenetic drum kicks. This stadium-ready assault on the senses does well to set the stage for the young label and will be released officially on February 25th.
Good Morning Mix – Gregori Klosman presents Klosmania No. 18 (11/30/2012)
Today's Good Morning Mix is brought to you by one of our favorite electro house Frenchmen, Gregori Klosman. Looking over the tracklist, you may recognize a large number of these tunes from our top tracks of November, but in that case this most recent episode of his Klosmania podcast will only serve as a pleasant reminder of the last month in big room -- and largely harder-hitting -- releases. Klosman features his own new collaboration as Reepublic, Hardwell's megahit "Apollo," Firebeatz, Tom Swoon, the Lunde Bros, and Archie just to give you an idea. Sebastien Benett, Antoine Clamaran, Gregori Klosman, Tristan Garner and Michael Canitrot form Reepublic, release first single ‘Turn Off the Light’
These days collaborations in dance music are a dime a dozen, but when Sebastian Benett, Antoine Clamaran, Gregori Klosman, Tristan Garner and Michael Canitrot formed Reepublic something was distinctly different. Rarely do collaborations involve five artists whose solo careers are already as strongly established as this group. The idea for the production supergroup grew from idle discussions during the guys' frequent run-ins at airports and on tours, before finally culminating at last year's Miami Music Week. "We had a dinner together," the group reflects, "and came out of the conversation our common wish of joining the forces in the studio and play all together behing the decks. That's how Reepublic was born."
