‘Surrender’ meets ‘Apogee’ in this week’s Kaskade Mashup Monday

Kaskade’s mashups have become a staple of his world-class sets. Every so often (on a Monday), Kaskade will release his masterful mashups for free to his fans. Yesterday was one of those days. For this week’s KMM, Kaskade has paired “Surrender,” a lesser-known Kaskade original off 2006′s The Calm, with Hard Rock Sofa and Swanky Tunes’ euphoric original “Apogee.” The mashup is simple but effective. The combination of these two tracks is uncannily natural. Kaskade has an unparalleled ear for harmony, and his mashups are direct evidence of this.
