Hardwell is helping Toolroom Records kick off the summer, producing his next single for the upcoming Toolroom Ibiza compilation. Fit for the festive outdoors, “Three Triangles” puts you in paradise with its Ibiza-lifestyle vibe that Hardwell has crafted so perfectly. The notable rolling drum line and progression from Hardwell serve as a contagious venom on the dance floor – the perfect weapon for long summer nights turned mornings. “Three Triangles” will be available on Toolroom Ibiza with a release date of June 3rd.
Hardwell is bringing his “Spaceman” single full circle – first with a remix package and now with the vocal mix, “Call Me A Spaceman,” which features a vocal from Mitch Crown. While the slapped on vocal doesn’t boost the track’s status, it does give it a catchier melodic feel for those who prefer radio edits. Now available on Beatport, head to the comments section and let us know if “Call Me A Spaceman” is your thing or if you think Hardwell should have left the track alone.

Short after the release of the ‘Outer Space Remixes’ for Spaceman, Hardwell premieres the vocal version in the latest installment of his weekly podcast, Hardwell on Air. The addition of Mitch Crown’s high energy vocals are a perfect complement to the immense track, giving it a refreshing twist. As usual, the podcast features a collection of bangers, including Avicii’s latest track, “Silhouettes”, “The Veldt” by Deadmau5, ”Numb3r5″ by Chuckie and Gregori Klosman, as well as new bootlegs from Thomas Gold and Hardwell. The Dutch superstar revealed in our latest episode of Behind The Booth that he is working on a sequel to “Zero 76,” alongside Tiesto, as well as new collaboration with Porter Robinson.

Editor’s Note: You can hear the “Spaceman” vocal mix around 11:10.
After crushing the Marquee Day Club in Vegas earlier that day, Hardwell hurries on over to San Francisco to drop a 2 hour set at Ruby Skye. We got to chat with him about his relationship with Tiesto, why the Netherlands keeps pumping out superstar DJs, and what he has cooking in his laboratories in the near future. Hardwell informed us that there will be a sequel to “Zero 76″ his hit collaboration alongside Tiesto, as well as a new tune that he is crafting with young electro producer Porter Robinson.
An astronaut in his own respect, Hardwell takes fans into outer space with his remix package of “Spaceman.” Without listing any high profile names, the DJ presents stellar and fitting remixes from Headhunterz, Drown The Fish, and Naffz. Previously one of Hardwell’s most vivacious hits, this package elevates “Spaceman” to the next level – out of this galaxy. If you are ready to hear frenzied twists of “Spaceman,” listen to the remixes and find the Beatport link below the break.
Governors Beach Club on Governors Island, NYC was home to some of the biggest day-long events last summer, having played host to Avicii, Steve Angello & Thomas Gold, Laidback Luke, Benny Benassi, and more. This summer, Mr. Benassi will make his return to the fantasy island, kicking off the summer with some friends of his own. Made Event — the people who bring New York its beloved Electric Zoo festival — presents Benny Benassi & Friends with Hardwell, Bingo Players, and DallasK.
For what will be the first of many parties at Governors Island this summer, Benny Benassi & Friends is set for Saturday, June 9th and will last from 4pm to 12am. The 18+ event will occupy the beach-simulated island and its spectacular views of the New York City while featuring a state of the art sound and light system, VIP areas, and over 100 feet of bar space.
Tickets are available here via MadeEvent and include round-trip ferry transportation.
Hardwell reached 200,000 Facebook likes this morning and he’s thanking all of his fans by giving away his edit of “Internet Friends.” Hardwell plays with the original’s infamous vocals by slightly altering them — “You don’t like Hardwell on Facebook and now you’re going to die.” This is the biggest adjustment he makes as the much loved electro-dub sound remains intact. You can claim your copy of the edit here but first make sure to like his Facebook page.

Tiesto and Hardwell have collaborated again, this time for their remix of “Young Blood.” The song will be featured on the upcoming and eagerly awaited, Club Life – Volume Two Miami. Unfortunately, the track simply doesn’t have the energy that “Zero 76” did — the last production they created together. The synths in the drop are typical fare for a lot of recent releases but we are big fans of the vocals. Perhaps the song will be more impressive in it’s full version. What do you think?
We’ve already told you about Hardwell’s huge Ultra Music Festival set, but his official Miami aftermovie makes us realize that we simply did not do the event justice. In addition to some awesome shots from the set itself, there’s also interview footage, and coverage from his Revealed Recordings party at SET nightclub. The video also features Hardwell’s latest release, “Kontiki,” and previews the new track “Raid” from Dyro & Rene Kuppens, due out April 30th on (you guessed it) Revealed.
Fresh off a great performance at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Hardwell has been releasing tons of new music lately and he has now joined forces with newcomer and fellow Dutchman Dannic. “Kontiki” is big room progressive house with uplifting synths and a drop that retains the melody of the build. The Dyro remix takes some points from the orignal and makes it part of something bigger, and in our opinion, better. By removing some of the progressive elements and adding some hard electro, Dyro has crafted a song worthy of being Hardwell’s opener on more than one occasion. Both versions are now available from Revealed Recordings on Beatport.
