Though Walden’s debut appearance at Ultra Music Festival may be over, the Aussie has more in store for Miami Music Week. Now out on Big Beat is a remix package for “Intropial,” the progressive house tune that showcased the young producer’s progress earlier this year. Along with TV Noise and Ghost, Pierce Fulton signs on to give the track the remix treatment, making the vibe a little less sugary and little more sultry. Relying on an easy kick drum and grooving tonal melody, Fulton successfully keep the high pitched vocals while bringing the track down to earth.

We named him an artist to watch in 2013, but that was no surprise. Following his remix of “In My Mind” and his very own episode of Dancing Astronaut‘s Axis, Walden released “Ciaco.” The first official release from the Aussie teenager left an impression back in November, but John Walden has already returned with its follow up, “Intropial.” The heartening melody, crisp chords, and clean drums are mastered and integrated as Walden’s most advanced effort yet. If you’re into the refreshing sound of “Intropial,” you’ll be excited to read our recap of Walden from Chicago’s The Mid coming soon.
