Hardwell previews latest collaboration with W&W, ‘Jumper’
This is what happens when two of dance music's biggest talents get together in the studio. With a slew of huge releases under both their belts, it's no secret that Hardwell and W&W are the two most in demand assets in dance music today. After making waves at this year's Ultra Music Festival, the then unnamed collaboration sprung up across the internet in low quality rips and shoddy bootlegs. Since then fans have been catching glimpses of the track in Hardwell's sets throughout the festival circuit, all waiting for an official release date of the mind-numbingly massive track. Stamped with the final title "Jumper" (it had been referred to as "Jump" for the last few months) the collaboration will finally see the light of day on August 5th via Revealed Recordings.
Mightyfools – Footrocker (Original Mix)
One of the standout tracks from Hardwell's set at Ultra 2013, "Footrocker" represents the Mightyfools most stellar output to date. Further refining their tastes for punchy bass lines, the duo behind "Drum Fail" incorporate a twisted backbone of electro pops and hisses on their latest original. Less gritty than some of the genre's most recent releases, Mightyfools create breakdowns with character, toning down the heavy and turning up the bounce. It is evident that the duo have begun to find their pace, delivering infectious and inspired peak time productions that further improving the big room electro that Revealed Recordings is known for.
Dyro – Leprechauns & Unicorns (Original Mix) [Preview]
One of the most anticipated tracks of 2013 from the Revealed imprint comes at the hands of one of the label's promising understudies, Dyro. After receiving heaps of support from Hardwell at Ultra Music Festival and throughout Miami Music Week, Dyro's most impressive production to date gears up for its official April 29th release date with a short preview. Separating himself from the pack of new production talents in his peripheral, Dyro has put together a uniquely menacing electro house track - one that establishes both a unique sound and a sound foothold for the budding producer in 2013.
Alvaro – Rock Music (Original Mix)
Previewed on the 100th episode of Hardwell on Air, Alvaro's debut release on Revealed Recordings is anything but subtle. Infused with a heavy helping of Dutch flair, "Rock Music" embodies it's namesake with festival-friendly chord progressions and a high-octane breakdown. With a heavy-handed drop and aggressive synth stabs eminiscent of the Dutch sound that took the scene by storm in 2010, Alvaro's latest is an Ultra Music Festival staple in the making.
W&W & Ummet Ozcan – The Code (Original Mix) [Preview]
Coming off the high of year that put them on the map and all over it, genre-blending W&W have wasted no time in setting the stage for an even bigger 2013. On the heels of yesterday’s announcement that they would join Armin van Buuren on ASOT 600 NYC comes a preview for their latest track, “The Code.” The duo again teamed up with Ummet Ozcan on the track, giving it their signature big room sound, punchy synths and relentless drops. Already dropped in Hardwell's Essential Mix, the track will be released February 4 on Revealed Records.
