If you’ve ever visited Dillon Francis’s virtual merch store you’re familiar with its unique offerings. For $20, Francis will tweet a personalized message to your best friend, for $750 he’ll paint a portrait of your family, for $3,000 he’ll name his next song after you, and for $75,000 he’ll join the army. On January 13th, Zedd and Rukes paid $1,000 to have dance music’s resident dickhead recreate the pottery scene in Ghost with 12th Planet as Patrick Swayze. Press play above to watch Dillon Francis and 12 Planet try and make it through the recreation without laughing.Posted by

Rukes is a name that has become synonymous with epic DJ photos, and he is finally bringing his photos outside your computer screen and to a real world show. Rukes is teaming up with the W Hotel in Times Square, which will host an interactive exhibit with his photos for the entire month of September, or from August 30th to September 30th to be exact. The free exhibit will pair never-before-seen images with interactive listening stations playing clips from the artist in the image. Unfortunately, for now the images aren’t available online, but hopefully Rukes will add a gallery when the installation is complete.Posted by
We know a thing or two about photos ourselves, but when it comes to epic DJ shots, there’s one man who reigns supreme: Drew Rukes. The infamous paparazzo-for-hire has posted his albums from EDC Las Vegas, and if a picture’s worth a thousand words, well, there’s quite a bit of reading to be done on his site. Honestly these shots speak for themselves, so now that you’re sitting at work bored and finished reading the latest DA article, head on over to his site for some pure, unadulterated, DJ porn.

Talent such as Armin Van Buuren, Erick Morillo, Paul van Dyk, LA Riots, and David Guetta were all set to perform that evening and unfortunately we could only choose one. I whipped out the DA Guide to MDW and decided that Deadmau5 at XS was the place to be.
