The 21-year old duo dubbed as “The French Phenomenon” have already played alongside the likes of Above & Beyond and Eric Prydz, gaining worldwide attention. Stokeswood delivers an addictive vocal set above a synth-heavy progressive build destined for the dance floor.

EDX ft. John Williams – Give It Up For Love (Preview)

EDX has just posted a teaser of “Give It Up For Love,” the first single off his forthcoming artist album. From what we’re hearing here…. well, we know we need to hear more to really decide how we feel about it. The track starts with a soft guitar riff and soothing vocals from John Williams, making it sound more pop-lite than EDM. The build-up and drop do sound promising, however, with the specter of the progressive sound we’ve come to love from EDX. The track is due to be released January 9th on PinkStar Records; we have a feeling a harder-edged remix could take this track to the next level, so here’s hoping for some reworks.
