Once a Dancing Astronaut stargazer selection, Michael Brun has finally found his way to production prominence. After making headway alongside Dirty South with tracks like “Rise“ and “Rift,” the Haitian youngster’s sound is now in high demand as he returns with his remix of Rune RK’s “Power Of You And Me.” Brun strikes back with his savory sounds and his signature melodic-progressive complexion, stamping the track as his own and making way for a massive Spinnin’ Records release.

While we are big fans of Rune RK’s “Teacup,” we’re not exactly sure how to interpret the single’s music video. It certainly isn’t what one would term a traditional house music video. However if you’re a fan of watching masked Scandinavian models smash up crockery, then this video is right up your alley. It is definitely a change up from the bikinis and beaches theme that we see in so many videos, but who says that is a bad thing? The single itself has been a huge success, having garnered strong support from Pete Tong, A-Trak, Kaskade and Avicii. We’re excited to see what else Rune RK has in store for us this year!
We’re sure all of you will have heard the house anthem “Destination Calabria” a thousand times. While Alex Gaudino ran away with the credit for that track, the original version of “Calabria” was actually by a Danish producer named Rune RK. His production talents have flown under our radar until now, but after hearing his track “Teacup” we’re definitely going to keep a close eye on his work. His new single is an absolutely brilliant house tune with an incredibly infectious melody. It has gotten a lot of support from A-Track and Avicii while also being named an Essential Contender by Pete Tong. In short, this is something you need to hear!
