The inaugural Ultra Europe, taking place in multiple locations in Croatia from July 12th through the 14th, has both announced more of the power lineup for this summer and the very speedy sellout of its third day (set to take place at the gorgeous Hotel Amfora Grand Beach Resort in Hvar Island). The first two days of the festival are scheduled to take place at Poljud Stadium in Split, but on the third day will move to the more intimate and luxurious setting of a beach resort.
Although Ultra Music Festival Europe was only just announced in Croatia, phase one of the lineup has already been revealed. July 12th will feature Avicii, July 13th will feature Armin Van Buuren, and both days will host the legendary Carl Cox who will be bringing his friends along. Artists for day three on Hvar Island are as of yet unannounced, but we expect the names will be just as big. Tickets are on sale now for the low price of 50 Euros (~$65) for GA or 100 euros (~$130) for VIP. Tickets include access for all three days.
Ultra Worldwide has just announced that they will be bringing their prestigious festival to Europe for the first time in 2013 from July 12th – 14th in Croatia. The festival plans to span 2 separate venues – spending its first 2 days at Poljud Stadium before moving to the Hotel Amfora Grand Beach Resort on the island of Hvar. This is exciting news for European dance music fans, but it remains to be seen if a Miami Music Week type of following, with its week long party schedule, will be established in it’s inaugural year.
