I normally don’t condone fist pumping in any capacity whatsoever, but this latest single from Dutch producer Vato Gonzalez literally has me breaking my own rule as we speak (which, as you may imagine, is making it awfully difficult to write this review). An adrenaline junkie’s wet dream from the get-go, “Fail” is a no nonsense, high energy track replete with a seductive hook and pulsating bass line that consistently threatens to make your heart beat right out of your chest.
How about some dirty house to put some spring in your step? The already high energy track, Vato Gonzalez‘s “Get Up,” gets a dirty dutch remix from Sidney Samson‘s protege, Ilker Akay. The original’s overdone party-friendly lyrics have been stripped out, replaced with pitch-bended pops and synthetic chirps overlaid atop a tidal wave of thunderous kicks and claps. The highly sought after remix has seen support from Chuckie, AC Slater, Douster and more. Grab it for free today via Vato Gonzalez’s Soundcloud.Posted by
Mixmash records is quickly becoming the source for high energy, dance-oriented bangers. Vato Gonzalez is widely recognized as the originator of the Dirty House genre and, while we hate the over-classification of dance music, the title is very fitting. “Blow Ya Stereo” is stripped down and gritty with an echoing, dark, robotic undertone. Just like many of the other offerings on Laidback Luke’s MixMash Records this one is infectiously funky. “Blow Ya Stereo” is set to be released on April 16th, so let the bass roll and blow out your stereo.
