Summertime aficionado Viceroy receives a progressive, disco-infused touch from Helsinki producers Jay Lamar & Jesse Oliver. Their first EP, Diamonda, released on Discotexas records, was a shining example of progressive house done right – with subtlety and style.  On “Chase Us Around” the original’s vocals remain intact while the quintessential “summertime-all-the-time” motto of Viceroy is replaced with airy chord stabs and silky smooth progressions.  Viceroy’s production style with the disco-house touches of Jay and Jesse work harmoniously to create a charming electro pop aesthetic.
