Welcome to the new homebase of all future Knife Party and Pendulum productions. The recently renovated space by Munro Acoustics is now the official studio of Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen. After posting the photos last night on Twitter, numerous DJs expressed their awe and penis envy over the duo’s new digs. Not yet loaded with their studio gear, the space still trumps the shitty IKEA desks most bedroom producer’s call their “studio.” While 2013 may have been a bit quiet (by Knife Party standards) for the pair, 2014 — with a new Pendulum album, new studio, and new outlook — will likely create another paradigm shift in the production outfit’s studio lifecycle.
